RETURN TIME

Within seven (7) days following the day you receive your order, you can return the product as you received it without cutting, destroying, using and impairing its resaleability, with a petition containing the product invoice and the reason for the return.

RETURN TERMS

We kindly ask you to send the product you want to return, with the package undamaged, the product unused and all its accessories, to the contracted cargo company (YURTİÇİ KARGO). Shipments other than the contracted cargo company cannot be received.

RETURN PROCESS

Before sending the product to us, you must send your return request to us by clicking the 'return' button in the My Account/Orders section if you have made a purchase with a membership, and by filling out the contact form in the contact field if you have made a purchase without a membership, together with your Order Number. Then, send us the letter stating why you are returning the product along with the package and the product invoice.

The return fee is refunded according to your payment method after checking the compliance with the return conditions from the moment the products reach the warehouse. For purchases made by wire transfer, the refund fee is made to the IBAN information you have given within 14 days, and for purchases made with a card, the refund fee is made to the contracted company within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 weeks for you to see your refund on your credit card.

ORDER CANCELLATION

First, you should check your order from the "My Account" tab on your home page. If your order is not in the "Order Processing" or "Shipped" status, you can send your request and the reason for cancellation so that we can serve you better, by clicking the "I want to send a message" button or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

PRODUCT FAULTS

All products sold on sasmen.com are under warranty by sasmen.com.
